TRAFFIC REPORTER CAUGHT SHOPLIFTING!!!!!

MILFORD — Desiree Fontaine, the morning traffic reporter and host of the " Connecticut Style" program on WTNH, the ABC television affiliate in New Haven, was arrested Saturday, accused of shoplifting a $104.98 bottle of perfume.

WTNH confirmed on Sunday that Fontaine was charged with sixth-degree larceny after being confronted by security guards at the Sears store in the Milford Mall. Desiree, who lives in Milford, was released on a promise to appear in court on July 7.
