Hot New Gear: Swizz Beatz X Reebok Classic Limited Edition Kamikaze

Looks like the hip-hop intellectuals are being dubbed creative director to famous brands on a regular basis these days. First we got Will.I.Am for Intel, and then Pharrell Williams for Karmaloop TV and don’t forget Swizz Beatz who was recently announced as the Creative Director of the Reebok Classics brand. Swizzy’s role will be influencing all aspects of the line, including creative campaigns and products.

And it seems like Swizz Beatz is immediately busy with his new gig. Finally a limited edition Reebok Kamikaze sneakers will hit the stores on May 13. The Kamikaze sneaker will retail for $100 and there will only be 84 of them with the colorway of red/grey/light grey. Each pair will feature a Reebok “Classic R” keychain and also a numbered box and handtag personally signed by Swizz Beatz himself. [Read our other article about Swizz Beatz]
