Heavy D Funeral Services Set for Fri. Nov 18 in Mt. Vernon, NY at Grace Baptist November 12, 2011

According to media specialists Rachel Noerdlinger and Terrie Williams, the historic Grace Baptist Church of Mount Vernon, New York, is where Heavy D’s life will be celebrated in a *private funeral. Services for the music legend, born Dwight Arrington Meyers, will take place at 11am on Friday, November 18th with Senior Pastor Reverend Dr. W. Franklyn Richardson delivering the eulogy.

A public viewing is set for Thursday, Nov. 17 from 12 noon until 6pm at the church. (Scroll down for more info.)
