In this exclusive first look at E!'s upcoming Rob & Chyna Baby Special, Blac Chyna breaks down in tears as she's about to give birth to her and Rob Kardashian's baby daughter DreamKardashian.

"Are you scared?" Rob asks his fiancée right before they enter the hospital. Chyna admits, "Yeah." Cut to Chyna crying in her hospital bed as Rob, Kris Jenner and her mom Tokyo Toni stand by to lend their support. Chills!

In addition to Dream's birth, the Rob & Chyna Baby Special promo also shows the parents-to-be celebrating at their baby shower. There's also some tension between Kris and Tokyo Toni.

"Sometimes you intimidate people," Chyna tells her mom during a heated discussion. "I go off when it's deserved. If you not acting accordingly, I'mma handle you!" Tokyo Toni responds. Yikes!
