Chris Brown and Rihanna are back together again in 2012! And wedding bells are ringing with rumors that the controversial couple are engaged to be married in Barbados on New Year's. Read on for all the details.

 

The latest bit of gossip from the Rihanna and Chris Brown rumor mill comes from the UK Mirror's Ashleigh Rainbird. The writer says she spoke to an inside source who knows for a fact that RiRi has rented a $22 million apartment in Barbados to spend Christmas in Barbados with Breezy.

We've been saying for weeks that Rihanna and Chris Brown are engaged and planning a secret wedding in RiRi's homeland. Now we have proof! So don't be surprised if by 2013 the controversial couple are not only back together again but married.

The six star apartment is located on the St. James beach nearby the popular Sandy Lane resort in Barbados, according to the MIrror. A perfect spot to get married with their family's watching. The MIrror also notes that RiRi heard about the luxury apartment-hotel from her friend Oprah Winfrey. So maybe the TV mogul will be a special guest at the wedding as well to witness Rihanna and Chris Brown getting married!

Either way, it sounds like Rihanna and Chris Brown are planning a beautiful wedding.

"The apartments even put the Sandy Lane Hotel in the shade - they're that impressive," the anonymous source told the Mirror. "The setting is spectacular. When Rihanna clapped eyes on it over the summer, she just knew it would be the perfect getaway for the couple to make a real go of things."

The insider also notes that despite rumors that Chris Brown has been cheating on Rihanna with his ex-girlfriend Karrueche Tran, RiRi and Breezy's relationship is stronger than ever.

"They've had a very up-and-down year, and only recently has Rihanna felt confident enough to call Chris her 'baby' on Twitter," the source revealed. "But he has still been spending time with his ex, which really annoys her. Rihanna wants him to cut all ties with her, so she's taking him back to her homeland in a bid to make him her man and put the past year behind them."

The Mirror also revealed that "X Factor" creator Simon Cowell will be vacationing nearby. Word on the street is that Cowell has been trying to convince Rihanna and Chris Brown to join his music competition show as judges next season. He might even show up at the wedding and try to convince the newly married couple to sign some contracts on the spot!

Meanwhile, Karrueche is doing everything she can to break Rihanna and Chris Brown up again. Kae even got her friend, singer Christina Milian to go on TV and say that the controversial couple is not back together again and that Breezy is still dating Karrueche!

"You know what, from what I've always known, she's his girlfriend," Milian claimed on the "Wendy Williams Show" last Friday. "And that's where it lies for me. I see everything in the media. I really don't get into the detail of it, but I think everybody has their own life and how they deal with things. They have the right to handle it how they want." Adding, "I think they make a great couple."

But Milian didn't stop there! When asked by Williams about rumors of a Rihanna and Chris Brown wedding.

"It could be a big party," she laughed. "Who knows? Karrueche might be there."
