*You know the country singer, Hank Williams Jr., who belts out “Are you ready for some football?!” at the beginning of “Monday Night Football” on ESPN?
Well, don’t be surprised when you don’t hear him tonight because he’s been canned for comparing President Obama to Hitler.
Williams went in on the prez because … (are you ready for this) … because of his golf summit with House Speaker John Boehner this summer. He made the comment on Fox News Monday morning.
“It would be like Hitler playing golf with (Israeli leader) Benjamin Netanyahu,” Williams told “Fox & Friends.”

Monday afternoon, ESPN released this statement:
“While Hank Williams Jr. is not an ESPN employee, we recognize that he is closely linked to our company through the open to Monday Night Football. We are extremely disappointed with his comments, and as a result we have decided to pull the open from tonight’s telecast.
