Lil-Mo hails from the Great Lakes Bay Area in Michigan. Music has always been apart of his life, mainly inspired by his grandfather, a former jazz musician. Initially, Lil-Mo had started off on the drums when he was a very young kid and was heavily involved in sports as well. He had never expected to actually pick up a microphone, that wasn’t until his late high school years. Thats when he started to experiment with another way for him to express his emotions. After releasing some singles and going through trial and error, he had found his lane. He now records, mixes and masters his own vocals and his unique sounds is what makes him stand in his area.
