Lil Kim Drops Nicki Minaj Diss Song ‘Black Friday’

*While today is a day for most of us to nab a 40 inch flat screen for 12 dollars, Lil Kim has chosen “Black Friday” to officially fire back at her rival Nicki Minaj in a new track of the same name.

“I’m turning Pink Friday to Friday The 13^th,” Kim says in the song, aiming directly at Minaj and her debut album “Pink Friday,” which was released Monday and is expected to sell 375,000 to 425,000 in its first week.

“Aight, you Lil Kim clone clown / all this buffoonery s**t stops now / Time for you to lay down / I’m sick of the fraud / I’ll put hands on this b**ch like Obama’s guards,” Kim says. “We all know your last name / what got you your job / You a put together gimmick / something like a collage.”

Kim also mentions Minaj’s Young Money cohort Drake. “This his hood sh*t you and Drake ain’t built for. This sh*t the other b**ch almost got killed for…”

“Black Friday,” which premiered on Hot 97 with DJ Absolut goes on to paint Minaj as an artist who adopted Kim’s style as her own. Minaj has said she considered Lil Kim one of her favorite rappers, but recently told Angie Martinez that the veteran MC’s current behavior isn’t helping her legacy.

“I feel like you’re gonna go down in history now as a sore loser, as opposed to going down in history as the queen because if you can’t beat ‘em, join ‘em,” Nicki told Martinez. “If you don’t have something nice to say, don’t say anything at all. You don’t have to feel the need to put somebody down and make yourself feel better.”
