Kat Stacks to Be Deported?

*Celebrities have been complaining about super groupie Kat Stacks, even putting a price on her head for her takedown. Well, it looks like the young lady might be getting deported to Venezuela, where hopefully she won’t be as much of a nuisance.

Vibe.com reported that there is a 90 percent chance she will be kicked out of the country real soon.

Stacks, whose real name is Andrea Herrera-Cardena, was arrested last weekend under an immigration hold in Nashville, Tenn., just three days after celebrating her 21^st birthday. She is currently being held without bail at the Nashville Correctional Development Center for Females.

“She didn’t get arrested for a state charge, so she must’ve missed an immigration court date in the past. Once that happens they start looking for you and once they got you… it’s a wrap,” says Miss Pugh a police assistant at Nashville’s CJC.

According to Pugh, it is procedure that illegals are deported within seven days of detainment. But if she seeks council, there is a chance she may stay in the U.S.

Her manager was not available for comment but a Twitter post from her account said, “I’m on the phone with Kat wright [sic] now , SHE’LL BE OUT at JAIL VERY SOON dont listen to the MEDIA … SHE’S STILL in NASHVILLE.”
