Foxy Brown’s Brother in Trouble Again

*It seems to run in the family. Foxy Brown’s brother cannot seem to stay out of trouble. While in Manhattan Supreme Court on Sept. 16, pleading not guilty to felony identity theft charges, Gavin “Pretty Boy” Marchand was arrested again .

“They’re re-arresting him for grand larceny,” Marchand’s lawyer Herman Wun explained. Though his second crime has yet to be revealed, he is likely facing three-and-a-half to seven years if convicted, according to the district attorney’s office.

Marchand was initially arrested last month in possession of forged credit cards, after attempting to use them at a Hermes store on Madison Avenue in New York.

Foxy herself is also in trouble and is due back in court Nov. 16 for violating a restraining order.
