Siohvaughn Funches-Wade’s off-the-wall, baby-mama-from-hell antics make for interesting headlines and amusing beauty parlor chatter. But, at some point, you’ve got to slow down long enough to feel sorry for her. To the untrained eye, she sometimes comes off as vindictive, spiteful and irrational, but if you take a closer look, it’s hard to deny that this sister has deeper issues. What those issues are, we may never know. However, according to recent reports, her ex-husband, Dwyane Wade, believes that the issues may be psychological.
Fox Sports is reporting that in response to Siohvaugn’s decision to sit on a Chicago street holding a homeless sign, the Miami Heat star recently filed a motion, requesting that a judge order Siohvaughn to undergo psychological evaluation before she can see their two sons again.
“S.L.’s [Funches-Wade’s] statements, behavior, and her demeanor in court reflect that she is presently lost, angry and desperate. Her behavior is not in the children’s best interests…D.T. [Wade] requests that this Court immediately suspend S.L.’s timesharing…pending the results of a psychological evaluation of S.L.,” the filing reads.
According to the SouthTown Star, Siohvaughn wasted no time responding to Dwyane’s motion, insisting that there’s nothing wrong with her.
“This is Mr. Wade’s ongoing pattern of behavior. I have noticed that after I speak out publicly and say what Dwyane has done to me, my children…Mr. Wade responds by running into court and asking the judge to terminate my visitation with my children in an effort to stop me from seeing my children anymore,” she said.
Things appear to be getting worse between the former high school sweethearts. Hopefully they can find a way to work things out for the sake of their children.
