*Rap mogul Damon Dash is taking his ex-wife Rachel Roy to court. He accused the fashion designer of violating their divorce agreement, and he wants her to pay, according to theJasmineBrand.
They met when Roy was employed at Rocawear and then married in 2005. They divorced in 2009, and she filed an order of protection from Dash.
The court documents are sealed, but Dash re-opened their case on March 13. He accused Roy of being in contempt of the court.
Some speculate it has something to do with the Jay Z and Solange incident at the Met Gala last year, which allegedly involved Roy.
“If he (Jay-Z) was trying to holler at my (ex)wife…that’s kinda f**ked up,” Dash said. “That would be dark. That means he really has some resentment. I would hope that wouldn’t’ be the case.”
