Bryan Williams (Birdman) Under $1Million Lien From Contractor

*Birdman, otherwise known as Bryan Williams, the founder of the Cash Money Records empire, finds himself the object of legal action against him.

Williams, is accused of stiffing a construction company that overhauled his Miami mansion at a cost of over $1 million. And of course they want compensation from Birdman.

According to a report from theJasmineBrand, Birdman paid $14.5 million  to purchase the mansion that used previously owned by music producer Scott Storch before he went bankrupt.

The home featured 9-bedrooms, 17-baths with 25 foot ceilings and a below ground pool, outdoor pool with cabana, a movie theater, gym, spa, an in-house massage room and 100 feet of waterfront and a private dock. However, Birdman wanted renovations done to the property and borrowed $5 MILLION dollars for the work.

On November 4th, the Zankey Construction Company based in Florida filed a lien against Birdman claiming he was not properly paid after they did an extensive amount of work on the home.

The lien states that Birdman failed to pay 2 invoices for their construction work. One for a total of $998,700.97 and the second invoice in the amount of $43,049.35 for a grand total of $1,041,750.32, which they claim he refuses to pay them despite them finishing the work they were suppose too.
