Black Man Pays $16 for $330,000 House; Neighbors Beyond Pissed (Video)

Kenneth Robinson took up residency in $330,000 home for $16 via 'adverse possession.'

*The nation is suffering and people are “making a way where they can”; not by robbing and stealing, but squatting.

There are foreclosed homes in every type of community and if people start doing their research, it appears they can be in a nice home with little to no money down … ever!

Foreclosed homes have been easy prey for squatters, but squatters have been removed once the jig is up (and even that isn’t that easy due to something called “squatter’s rights”).

But one Texas man is reaping the benefits of his informal education on Texas law. He walked in a $330,000 home and took up residency, but his new neighbors aren’t being neighborly at all. (more…)
