Bitter Divorce Shaping up Between Kevin Hart and Wife

*In an era where marriage only means a business contract, it’s kind of sad to see that Kevin Hart and his wife Torrei have split.

After eight years, the comedian filed for divorce, citing “irreconcilable difference.”

The couple have two children and are seeking joint custody.

It doesn’t look like the split is going to go peacefully, either. Hart has petitioned the court to not give his wife any spousal support and he also asked that she be barred from leaving their home state of California with the children unless she obtains his permission or a court order. Whoa

The two were married on May 22, 2003 and have been separated since February 2010.
