In addition to embarking on his latest North American tour, “Yeezus,” Kanye West has also been on media blitz which has been both controversial and insightful to say the least. However, one particular person who isn’t impressed with the Grammy Award winner’s antics is Arsenio Hall.

The 57-year-old talk show host recently responded to West’s Power 106 Breakfast Club interview in which Kanye used Hall as a negative example of what can potentially happen if he’s too vocal.

“Like usually, Kanye’s premise confuses the facts, so then therefore everything else has to be thrown up,” Hall said to HipHollywood during last week’s Grammy nomination show. “At the end of the day he’s a musician I’m a comedian. We’re not doctors. Nobody works for Johns Hopkins…we’re not educators. And I think we take ourselves a little too serious. But that’s something that will straighten itself out with maturity.”

“I don’t like to be put into those conversations, cause there’s no struggle here,” he continued. “My struggle was in the ghetto of Cleveland. There’s no struggle now, and nothing about what I do or he does.”

The comedian also shared his thoughts on West’s usage of the word “slave” in songs such as his single, “New Slaves.”

“I hate the word ‘slave’ used in songs. Get the f**k outta here. Do you know what that word is? Do you know what that word is all about? Nobody can use ‘Slave’ in pop culture. If you’re in the music business you shouldn’t f**k with that word. It’s too serious an error. Too serious a problem in America.”
