*Shawn Chapman Holley is back serving as Lindsay Lohan’s lawyer and was by her side this morning as the actress was carted off to jail.

Holley was Lohan’s original lawyer, but quit earlier this month because the starlet was an “uncontrollable client,” reports TMZ. O.J. Simpson’s former attorney Robert Shaprio took over, but he stepped down from his position on Monday, the eve of her 90-day jail sentence.

TMZ cites sources who claim Lindsay got rid of Shapiro because she felt he was only using her to get publicity for his sober living house, which she entered for a brief stint after he became her lawyer.
