Obama, Boehner, Biden Add 4th Player for Golf Date

*The foursome is set for President Barack Obama and House Speaker John Boehner’s first golf outing together, reports the AP.

Boehner tweeted Friday that GOP Gov. John Kasich of Ohio will join the group, which also includes Vice President Joe Biden. Obama campaigned for Kasich’s Democratic opponent in last fall’s election, former Gov. Ted Strickland.

The outing, set for June 18, is expected to be in the Washington area, but the golf course hasn’t been named.

Obama and Boehner, who’s also from Ohio, share a passion for golf. Their time on the course could give them a chance to hash out their differences over the deficit ceiling and other topics.
