I say dammit man! Talk about spoiling something rotten. I guess when you got money to blow you just continuously do it on stupid things. Instead of paying a nanny about $25-$30 an hour, Jay-Z rents out a basement suite for $1MiL a year in the Barclay Center for when he watches basketball games.
