Gucci Mane Facing Time Again

*Seems like Gucci Mane just doesn’t know how to stay out of trouble. The rapper may be facing more jail time after being thrown into prison for violating his probation, stemming from an arrest last year.

If convicted, Gucci, aka Radric Davis, is looking at 17 months behind bars, but his defense attorney is fighting to get him an ankle monitor instead. But odds aren’t looking too good for him thanks to his probation officer requesting the judge to put him in custody, which was granted.

Davis will be in a Fulton County Superior Court on Jan. 24.

The rapper was actually arrested on Dec. 16 last year at Waka Flocka Flame’s Georgia home after police, who suspected him of being a part of a prostitution ring, raided it. He was released shortly afterward.
