*Congress seems to be on edge lately with all that is at stake if the budget isn’t worked out and the payment made before the country defaults on its massive loan.

But, in the middle of such an important measure, congressmen still find time to squabble amongst themselves and have a little back and forth that looks like it could turn into gunplay.
